Refund Policy

Old Tom Backyard offers partial refunds as long as we can fill your spot with someone off the waitlist.

Refunds are as follows:

  • Before March 31st: 75%

  • After April 1st: 50%

Please contact us if you'd like to request a refund. 

Refunds are paid out after your entry has been accepted by a waitlister.

Elites

We are holding a couple race bibs for elite runners.

If you have completed 30+ yards in a previous Backyard Ultra, please contact us for more information

Waitlist

Once the race field fills up, the waitlist will be activated.

The waitlist is free to join!

If a spot in the field becomes available, the next runner on the list will be contacted.
